Regional Outside Sales Rep

 

Job Description

Dreamboats is seeking to expand into new US territories for Summer 2018, with a focus on regional and independent retailers.  Our business is growing rapidly and we’re looking for enthusiastic sales reps with established contacts in the surf/snow and outdoor industries to represent our brand.  Successful candidates are expected to work closely with existing and prospective accounts to grow sales and represent the Dreamboats brand in the territory.  Contact us to find out if we have an opening in your region.

 

Job Responsibilities/Requirements

  • Established outside sales agency currently offering like-minded brands
  • Minimum 2 years experience within the territory in a sales capacity
  • Established connections with key retailers and independent accounts
  • Familiar with the floating scene in your territory – when and where to go
  • Attending local events, operating direct sales booths as necessary
  • Assist in product launches and local marketing initiatives

 

Compensation: commission-based, commensurate with experience

USA Sales Director

 

Job Description

Dreamboats is a Canadian company with high potential in the US market.  We’re looking for someone to help expand our business into new territories and national accounts.  You will lead a team of experienced outside sales representatives to spread Dreamboats across the country and help countless people have really fun afternoons in inflatables.

Job Responsibilities/Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years outside sales experience
  • Established connections with key national and regional retailers
  • Hiring and managing a team of nationwide sales people
  • Attending/overseeing tradeshows and float events, including organizing booth sales and staffing
  • Assist in product launches and local marketing initiatives
  • Ability to set and meet sales targets
  • Provide feedback from all stakeholders to design and marketing teams
  • Build and execute an annual GTM strategy for each region

 

Compensation: commission-based, commensurate with experience
